Heartbreak as indie music venue closes

A Leeds music venue has closed following a complaint to the council.
The Imaginarium announced it would cease operating as a music venue at its current location in Church Walk.
The onsite record and plant store - called Plant & Deck - will stay open while the owners hunt for a new space for their music and club nights. The 120-capacity venue, which is a popular venue to the Leeds underground music scene, said Leeds City Council had requested that it cease operating this week after receiving a complaint.
