Gaining access to Access

I read the recent article about the new fleet of Access buses.

Within that Tracy Brabin had stated “having help to get around is a right that should be available to everyone” and I quite agree.

However, I do not recall ever seeing a leaflet or information as regards the Access service.

I have questioned a number of older friends (75 plus) and most of them had little idea of how to use this service/who qualified/what the cost was etc.
