National statistical office launches 80th round survey on domestic tourism and household travel

The National Statistical Office (NSO), Field Operations Division under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, is set to launch the 80th Round of Socio-Economic (SE) Survey focusing on Domestic Tourism Expenditure Survey (DTES) and National Household Travel Survey (NHTS).
The survey will be conducted from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026 In this regard, a three-day Regional Training Conference for field officers and officials from both Central and State government entities commenced today at Hotel Candy, Phase 11, Mohali, for the Regional Office (RO) — Mohali PB(S).
