Holistic knowledge key to reaching new heights in life: Dr Surinder Kaur

DAV Girls College organized a Parents-Teacher Meet under the joint chairmanship of Acting Principal Dr Surinder Kaur and Head of the English Department and programme convener Dr Rita Singh. Career psychologist and counsellor Gurmeet Kaur was the keynote speaker.

Dr Surinder Kaur emphasized the importance of Parents-Teacher meetings in addressing the concerns of students. She noted that rapid technological advancements are influencing students, which makes it crucial for both teachers and parents to ensure responsible usage. She urged students to openly share their thoughts with their parents and encouraged parents to be empathetic to their children’s emotions.
