The Governor's Yatra deserves appreciation for one fundamental reason: it treats drug addiction not just as a law-and-order problem, but as a social and humanitarian crisis. By walking with students, teachers, civil society members, doctors, police officials and common citizens, the Governor has sent a clear message that the fight against drugs cannot be won by governments alone.
