Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal on Wednesday asserted that the ?2,000-crore Bulk Drug Park coming up in Una is a project of national importance, and all necessary environmental and regulatory norms are being strictly followed during its execution.

Speaking at a press conference in Una, Lal emphasized the administration's commitment to balancing development with ecological sustainability.

“We are ensuring strict compliance with guidelines set by the National Green Tribunal (NGT), the Pollution Control Board, and both Central and State Governments,” he said.
