A NEW summit for the South West's food and drink community is set to be held in Devon next month.

Summit planned for food and drink sector

'Gather, brought together by passionate stakeholders from Food Drink Devon in collaboration with the University of Exeter and supported by Buddy Creative and Maia Growth, will assemble academics with producers, retailers, hospitality businesses, farmers, suppliers and industry experts from across the region to explore the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

The landmark one-day event, taking place on Wednesday, June 11, at the University of Exeter Forum, aims to empower the sector to “reach new heights, drive success, champion sustainability and build resilience for a prosperous future”.
