EMERGENCY services were called to the scene of a serious fire involving a number of boats at a Welsh beauty spot.

The blaze at Govilon boat club yesterday.
Three canal boats were on fire in Govilon, near Abergavenny, shortly after 11.15am yesterday.
One witness said she could see 10-15ft flames engulfing the boats at Govilon Boat Club on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal.
