Greaves for the Premier League? 'A joke' insists Wales darts star Price

GERWYN Price has rubbished claims Beau Greaves could be selected for next year's Premier League.

The current women's world No. 1, Greaves is one of the sport's rising stars and took two former world champions to final-leg deciders at the Grand Slam of Darts.
So impressed by what he has seen from the 21-year-old from Doncaster, Raymond van Barneveld tipped Greaves to become the first ever female player to take part in the Premier League.
But Price has dismissed the chat of Greaves getting a place in the prestigious competition next year, saying: "I think that's a joke, but yeah, I don't know."
Speaking about his own chances of featuring in the lineup, Price, nicknamed "The Iceman, said: "I think I'm one of the best players this season.
