Family pay tribute to 78-year-old after fatal crash

THE family of a 78-year-old man who tragically died in a crash have remembered him as a, “devoted husband, stepfather, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend”.
Timothy Minett was a volunteer for Blood Bikes Wales, a charity which supports the NHS by transporting blood donations across the nation. Mr Minett was riding a life saving Blood Bikes Wales bike on the A478 in Pembrokeshire when he was hit by a car, forcing him off the road.
Police reported at the time that a 56-year-old man was in custody after having been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
