SEVEN-TIME world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan was whitewashed 4-0 by fellow Englishman Shaun Murphy to fall at the first hurdle in the Riyadh Season Snooker Championship on Wednesday.

Murphy took little more than an hour to knock out the 49-year-old, who was not able to get going at any stage of the match.
