Love was all around! Wedding dresses event raises cash for window

Love was in the air in the village of Stoke St Michael at an exhibition of wedding dresses and suits over the decades. And the event was hailed a roaring success by organisers.

The exhibition was held at the church of St Michael and All Angels last Saturday and Sunday, and the people behind it dug deep into parish records and archives to produce a marvellous celebration of love and marriage in the village over the years.
