Lifelines that show you are not alone

That was exactly what I did by going straight to Prostate Cancer UK's website.

It had an abundance of information as you would expect, but there was also a forum where I could ask all those questions buzzing around in my head-knowing that I would get responses from real people who share my situation.

Through that and other forums I have become a kind of "lay expert" on prostate cancer over the last 10 years, and that information has influenced my exercise, diet, attitude and even sleep needs.
