WANT to live long? Play ping-pong. That's the message from John Wright, who is 100 years old.

The great-great-grandfather keeps both body and mind in top condition beating much younger players at his local table tennis club twice a week.

The centenarian got in touch after reading our story about fellow player Ivan Pedley still batting away at 92.
