Time to liberate Pok

India and Pakistan are headed towards a full-scale war after 54 years, given the kind of escalation that is being witnessed, thanks to our neighbour, whose sole intent has been to somehow create conditions which would impact the unity and integrity of our country.
Unfortunately for Islamabad, this strategy has not worked and in the aftermath of the Pahalgam incident, where 26 innocent people lost their lives, New Delhi has resolved to give a befitting and appropriate reply in every manner to the perpetrators and their promoters.
To begin with, Indian forces carried out precision attacks on terrorist hideouts and training camps within Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) as well as some places on their side of Punjab. The Indian action accounted for the death of many terrorists, including the one who had been responsible for the brutal execution of American journalist Daniel Pearl, many years ago.
A desperate Pakistan, in order to avenge the attacks, was in a fix since there are no terrorist training camps which are on the Indian side and are supported by the Army. Therefore, it has chosen to target civilian assets and houses in order to create panic and also to satisfy their domestic constituency which was in total shock following the Indian offensive. Significantly, it was for the first time since 1971 that their side of Punjab was hit by the Indian security forces and the targets included both Bahawalpur and Muridke.
