We thank Mr Foo Sing Kheng for his feedback (Rental rates ensure accuracy of data on HDB website, Oct 23).
Flat owners must submit an application via HDB's e-services to obtain approval before renting out their flat or bedrooms. Prior to approval, HDB exercises due diligence by verifying the flat owners' eligibility to rent out their property.
