Top and above: The digital prints were designed on the Proceate app on iPad.
Right: Ms Nurkharina and the cheongsam she designed (modelled by volunteer Cheng Cin Li). It has traces of Peranakan heritage, with the peony from Chinese culture, hibiscus from Malay culture, and the Western rose. To her, the Singaporean Peranakan identity is a celebration of multiculturalism.
