March 27 SA (Turffontein) Form Analysis
-
RACE 1 (1,000M) Less than half a length separated (8) VAMANOS and (5) RED CARAMEL over this distance three weeks ago. The latter won but the former, who would have benefited from that debut experience, could turn the tables. Watch the betting on well-bred newcomers (7) SAY A WISH and (4) MALIBU.
RACE 2 (1,000M) (1) CONSTELLATION was heavily supported on debut in a 2yo feature and ran accordingly, finishing a close-up fourth over 1,000m. With that experience to count on and improvement expected, he ought to repay his followers.
(3) NYAKA NYAKA has shown enough to trouble the selection. Newcomer (5) SAFE TRAVEL is worth a market check on debut. (8) HOTARU can run in the money.
RACE 3 (1,600M) (3) WAGRAM caught the eye when staying on to finish third on her Highveld/stable debut over 1,400m and this extended trip will be more to her liking.
(1) IZANAMI also has more to offer stepping up to this trip.
