Telangana industry minister and BRS working president KT Rama Rao has warned of an uprising in Southern India if the Government of India conducts delimitation on the basis of population parameters.

With Southern states successfully implementing population control they are set to lose representation in the Parliament to Northern states like Bihar and Uttar Pradesh if the Centre carries out delimitation on the basis of population parameters.
