Dengue alert: After decline, cases rise again in KMC area

After a short relief last week, the dengue figures in the city have brought fear of Aedes Aegypti once again

As per the data shared by Kolkata Municipal Corporation today, after a decrease last week, the count of reported cases of dengue in Kolkata has again witnessed an increase.
As elucidated by the mayor, Firhad Hakim, the total number of reported cases from January till now is around 6,055. Last week, the total number stood at 4,779 with 977 cases reported in one week.
