'Arbitrary actions by China will be unhelpful in normalising ties':

India on Wednesday firmly told China that ''arbitrary actions'' by Beijing like the harassment of an Indian national, Prema Wangjom Thongdok, a resident of Arunachal Pradesh, will be unhelpful in efforts towards normalisation of bilateral relations.
