J&K CM rushes to Jammu, meets border migrants in relief camps

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday rushed here from Srinagar to take stock of the situation following heightened tension, drone attacks and intense shelling in the border areas of Jammu.
With airports shut, the Chief Minister proceeded to Jammu by road early in the morning.
He visited several camps and lodgement centres in Jammu and Samba districts, including those at Mishriwala, Nagbani, Bishnah and Thandi Khui, to assess the relief arrangements made for the people who have been evacuated to these shelters from the border villages that have come under the attack of Pakistan.
