The Campaign for Survival and Dignity (CSD) staged a protest demonstration here on Tuesday and submitted a memorandum to Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari demanding land rights and homestead land for the landless and implantation of the forest rights act.
Successive governments have systematically negotiated, compromised and designed the structure of dilution and denied the effective democratic decentralisation of power to establish tribal area governance.
