AI has opened pathway for fast decision making and delivery: Surendra Kumar

The two-day national conference on good governance discussed the best practices and innovations introduced in different parts of the country.

The Artificial intelligence (AI) has opened up new possibilities of innovation in the development process and probable pathways for decision-making and delivery, informed Additional Chief Secretary Surendra Kumar.

The Conference was organised in joint collaboration of the Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances Department of the Government of India and the General Administration and Public Grievances Department, Odisha. Five sessions were held.

Surendra Kumar stated that the Administrative Officers/Collectors from different parts of the country participated and presented their best practices and innovations so far as development of their districts and efforts of administrative officers can bring about significant changes in the lives of people.

He hoped that the outcomes of the conference would make leadership of officials both at the State and National levels more effective in building a Vikshit Bharat.
