Your Emotional Access Protocol (EAP) acts as the protective system - almost the guardian of all your emotional protective bubbles - activating them to keep harmful thoughts, feelings, and influences at arms length. When an external remark or action threatens your boundaries, the ‘No Permission Needed’ approach naturally activates, guiding your response like a well-wisher with compassion.
