Beloved singer-songwriter returns to music after short break

SINGER-songwriter Msaki has confirmed her return to music after taking a break from the industry.
The artist, born Asanda Lusaseni Mvana, shared her plans in an Instagram video, signalling new projects and performances in the coming months.
“I'm very excited to announce that my bookings for 2026 are open. So, 2025 will be pretty quiet, just trying to get back to my flow and working on my way to performance mode. We are doing a few meaningful gigs this year with some friends, family and close brands.
“My team has sent out an email to producers, curators, promoters and festival organisers who have been reaching out over the last two years. I look forward to sharing a lot of the self-produced shows that my team and Jare planning.
“Soon, you will be able to hear the old projects you love and new ones as well,” Msaki said.
