'Three held as Pc fights for his life'
The Sentinel
|May 27, 2025
THREE people remained in custody yesterday after a road collision that left a police officer fighting for his life.
-
PC Christopher Miller was in a critical condition in hospital yesterday after being hit by a car which did not stop on the B416 at Bells Hill, in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, last Thursday night.
Two men, aged 28 and 38, both from Slough, Berkshire, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and on Sunday Thames Valley Police were given permission to keep them in custody.
A 37-year-old woman, also from the Berkshire town, is being held on suspicion of assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.
