Team GB triathlon debut for mother-of-two-who only took up the sport two years as a way of getting in shape

MUM-OF-TWO Emma Broadhurst is competing in the European Triathlon Championships tomorrow - after only taking up the sport to get back in shape two years ago.
Emma, who lives in Wolstanton, is in Turkey to represent Team GB for the first time at the European Triathlon Championships.
That will involve a 750m swim in the Bosphorus strait, followed by a 20km bike race across the bridge that joins Europe and Asia and culminating in a 5km run through the historic streets of Istanbul. She will be competing against 16 others in the female sprint triathlon for the 35-39 age group,
