Bid to alter internal layout of seven flats
CHANGES are being proposed to plans to build a convenience store and flats on the demolished site of a former pub.
The redevelopment of the old Oak Tree pub site in Oakhill - which would see the construction of a One Stop with seven apartments located above the shop - was granted planning permission in March 2022.
