Trucker's now been jailed for four years
A TRUCKER was injured as he was 'accosted' by paedophile hunters at his North Staffordshire home.
Gary Mosedale hurt his back as he tried to stop the group from entering his property in Blythe Bridge.
But the 58-year-old was arrested following the confrontation and has now been jailed for four years.
Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard that in late May 2024 the HGV driver messaged a Facebook profile of a 'girl' who immediately identified herself as aged 13.
The conversation moved to WhatsApp and became sexual with Mosedale, pictured right, explaining what orgasms were. He instructed her to carry our sex acts on herself.
But the court that he was in fact communicating with a paedophile hunter.
