Officers later spotted dog walker getting into his car
DRINK-DRIVING dog walker David McKenna was caught after saying 'hello' to the police.
Prosecutor Helen Shipley told North Staffordshire Justice Centre that police were directed to Mount Road, Kidsgrove, on October 11.
Miss Shipley said: "The defendant was sitting in the driver's seat of a Jaguar in the car park at a playing field. The engine was off.
