'Creative neurodiverse youngsters in the Pinc'
The Sentinel
|June 27, 2026
WORLD-RENOWNED creativity expert and provocative educationist, Sir Ken Robinson frequently argued that education does not need to be merely reformed, but fundamentally transformed.
‘Imagine if ... creating a future for us all; his final call to action co-authored with his daughter Kate, was published following his death in 2020.
Pulling together all of his key messages and philosophies, it sets out a blueprint for creating new transformative education systems by nurturing natural creativity, embracing neurodiversity, and actively cultivating the innate human potential to solve global challenges.
In 2015, Lisa Alberti, an art teacher and senior leader in education, realised how poorly served neurodivergent young people were in mainstream education, and asked ‘What if our local spaces and places such as art galleries and museums could be a young person’s place of learning?’
Throughout the past decade, Pinc College, an independent specialist arts provider, has grown from a single location to 16 creative campuses around the UK.
A future-shaping success story
underpinned by asking: What if we can support our students’ journeys right into careers in the cultural and creative sectors with supported internships?
