Shuvee Etrata has always been open about her difficult childhood. She was born in Bantayan Island, Cebu, as the eldest of nine children, and at a young age, she learned to make ends meet by helping her maternal grandmother run her seaside food business.

Her life story is never complete without mentioning her love-hate relationship with her father. Although she was born in Cebu, she and her family also lived in Polomolok, South Cotabato, her father’s hometown.

It was Shuvee’s viral TikTok video that paved the way for her to enter show business. After her stint on “Pinoy Big Brother (PBB): Celebrity Collab Edition,” the Island Ate ng Cebu couldn't be happier about the goings-on in her life these days.

“I am living the dream now, Tito Boy. So, I’m grateful and happy,” said Shuvee during our one-on-one for “The Talk” segment of “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.” Her dream of building a house for her family and being able to put food on the table is now one step closer to reality. She plans to build two homes: one in Polomolok and the other in Bantayan.
