'No convenience fees for LTO transactions'

The Land Transportation Office has clarified that there are no restrictions on payment options for LTO services.

The LTO issued the clarification after a viral photo circulated online showing a convenience fee charged from a client during an online payment.

In a statement, the agency said it has not issued any directives limiting LTO transactions to online payments only.
