Marking a major milestone in Philippine retail, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls clinched three prestigious titles at the Retail Asia Awards 2025 held at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore—including a third consecutive win for Mall of the Year — Philippines, awarded this year to Uptown Bonifacio.

The company also took home the Themed Mall of the Year — Philippines award for Lucky Chinatown, and Integrated Mixed-Use Mall of the Year — Philippines for Eastwood City—a powerful testament to Megaworld's excellence across multiple formats and township settings.
