Gasoline, diesel prices up for 4th straight week

Local oil companies are hiking gasoline and diesel prices by hefty amounts today.
In separate advisories yesterday, oil firms said prices would rise by P2.80 per liter for gasoline, P1.30 per liter for diesel and P0.45 per liter for kerosene.
The adjustments extend the increases in gasoline and diesel prices to a fourth straight week.
Today’s upward price movements will take effect at 6 a.m. for most companies, except for Caltex which started implementation at 12:01 a.m. and Cleanfuel which will implement it at 4:01 p.m.
