Citizens given active role in probe of health centers

The Marikina government started clearing the area of an unfinished Super Health Center in Barangay Concepcion Dos yesterday after being flagged by the Department of Health as a non-operational facility. City officials claimed delays in construction were due to insufficient funding from DOH.

The DOH said under the “Oplan Bantay Super Health Center,” citizens can send reports, including pictures and videos, of inactive super health centers in their respective areas.
