CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – Police arrested a wanted drug suspect with the help of his wife and children in Taytay, Rizal on Sunday.

Wife, kids help cops arrest drug suspect
Vhanny dela Cruz, 41, is the second most wanted man in Calabarzon, according to Lt. Col. Wilson Caro, deputy chief of the Calabarzon police.
The arrest was based on a warrant issued on Feb. 17 by Judge Mary Grace Bonsol-Cabal of the Regional Trial Court Branch 28.
“The suspect is reportedly a drug user and wife beater. His children are afraid of him. The family asked the police to arrest him,” Wilson said.
In Bohol, authorities seized shabu with an estimated street value of P11.2 million in separate anti-narcotics operations in Tagbilaran and Jagna that also resulted in the arrest of two drug suspects.
