Ooh err, missus! Lloyds made me into a man

I have been a woman for 59 years but Lloyds has decided it's time for me to be a man.
The problem began in April when I tried to use a deposit machine in the Lloyds Salisbury branch to pay a compensation cheque from the bank to my husband into our joint account. It would not accept the cheque so I joined a very long queue for the teller.
A few days later Lloyds wrote to me, addressing me as Mr but then using my full name, saying there was a problem with a cheque paid into my account, and that I should "Refer to Drawer". The Drawer is, of course, itself.
What really upsets me is that Lloyds has changed my gender for online access and in posted letters.
