Jammu Tawi: Sadguru Shri Madhuparamhans Ji Maharaj of Sahib Bandagi, while delivering a spiritually enriching discourse at Rakhbandhu, emphasized that the path to self-realization and God lies within — through the breath and inner awareness, not external rituals.
Drawing from the teachings of Sahib and supported by scriptures and saints, he highlighted the importance of ‘Sumiran’ (meditative remembrance) and stated, “The soul resides in the breath, and God resides in the soul. Therefore, God is present in every pore of the body.”
