DALAL Street has been the second busiest market in the world, with a mop-up of $20.5 billion from the initial public offerings (IPOs).

This is the best-ever show in value and also the highest since records began in the 1980s—40% more than the previous record in terms of volume in 2024.
The Indian market occupied 18% of the primary market share, after the US, which leads the listing space with 28% market share. China, which took the lead in 2023, is at a distant third with just 7% market share.
