EXPRESSING serious concern over yet another incident of arrest of Tamil Nadu fishermen by the Sri Lankan Navy, Chief Minister MK Stalin has urged External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to immediately ensure the release of all fishermen and their boats under Lankan custody.
