Don't be 'complacent' and 'over-confident', Sonia tells Cong MPs

WITH the assembly polls in four states coming up, the party workers must not become complacent and over-confident and sustain the momentum and goodwill that had been generated for Congress in the Lok Sabha elections, cautioned Congress Parliamentary Party chairperson Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday.
Addressing the Congress Parliamentary Party meeting, Gandhi said that the public mood is in favour of the party, and workers have to work unitedly with a sense of purpose. She also accused the government of changing rules to permit the bureaucracy to participate in the activities of the RSS.
