FORMER union minister and Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh on Sunday claimed that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would not be able to open its account in south India while its seat tally would be half in the rest of the country.
Talking to media persons at Sadaquat Ashram, Congress party's headquarters, Ramesh said that the opposition 'INDIA' bloc has already secured a clear majority in the first four phases of ongoing Lok Sabha polls.
"This is the reason there is a distinct change in the language of PM Modi's speech," he asserted. The former union minister said that NDA allies were trying to distract people's attention by using words like 'Mangal Sutra', 'Bhains' (buffalo), temple and mosque. He said that PM is using these words frequently during his speech in election rallies across the country.
