Says since '21, TN has signed 922 MoUs worth ₹10.62 lakh cr, creating jobs for 33 lakh people
CHIEF Minister M K Stalin on Saturday morning left Chennai for Germany and the United Kingdom on a week-long trip to attract new investments for Tamil Nadu. He will return on September 8.
Addressing reporters at the airport, he recalled his earlier visits abroad to the US, Spain, Japan and the UAE and said TN has attracted investments worth ₹18,498 crore through 36 MoUs signed during these visits, providing employment to 30,037 people. Of these, 23 are already in various stages of getting materialised, he added.
