SC Orders Commissioning of Woman into Army as JAG, Slams Gender Cap

The Supreme Court on Monday ordered the induction of petitioner Arshnoor Kaur, to be commissioned in the JAG (Judge Advocate General) post in the Indian Army, while questioning the Union government for allocating fewer posts for women, despite claiming the posts to be gender neutral.
