COMMERCE minister Piyush Goyal, who created a controversy last week after terming ASEAN a B-team of China, today justified his statement saying that the trade agreement with ASEAN is unfair and is full of disparity.

Citing the example of Vietnam, Goyal said that while India has opened 71% tariff lines for imports for Vietnam, the ASEAN member has opened only 67% tariff line for India goods.
