CEOs grappling with staff openly hostile to AI, says new study

ALTHOUGH most CEOs talk about their artificial intelligence (AI) strategy, only some companies have taken steps to align their workforce strategies with the growth of AI technology.
Throwing light into this irony, a new study by Kyndryl says that 71% of global leaders feel their workforces are not yet ready to successfully leverage the technology. Both global (51%) and Indian (52%) leaders believe their organisations lack the skilled talent needed to manage AI, it adds.
While 95% of Indian organisations have implemented an AI governance framework, 61% of Indian leaders find integrating AI and automation with existing systems remains a major hurdle, the study reveals.
