SVVU Students Demand Rise in Stipends

THE indefinite strike by veterinary students at Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) entered its ninth day, with students continuing to demand a stipend increase on par with other medical courses.
Speaking to mediapersons on Tuesday, students highlighted that their stipend has remained unchanged for 13 years.
