Srinivasan resigns from India Cements as UltraTech gets CCI nod to buy entire stake

N Srinivasan, erstwhile promoter, has resigned from the post of CEO and MD of India Cements after the Competition Commission of India (CCI) gave its approval to UltraTech Cement buying entire promoter stake in the Chennai-based company.
In an exchange filing, India Cements said: "The erstwhile promoters and members of the promoter group, N Srinivasan, Chitra Srinivasan, Rupa Gurunath, EVVS Finance & Investments, SK Asokh Baalaje, Financial Service Trust, Security Services Trust and Chennai Super Kings Cricke
